Cranberry Sauce 'a la Gigi' - For a classic Thanksgiving!



Ingredients:

12 ounces cranberries, 1 cup of white sugar, 1 cup of orange juice,
1/2 cup of pineapple in cubes and 2 cinnamon sticks.

In a medium sized pan, dissolve the sugar in the orange juice. 
Stir in with the pineapples and cranberries, 
and cook for about 10 minutes. 
(you will see the cranberries starting to pop). 
Remove from heat and place sauce in a bowl. 
Add the cinnamon sticks on top.
Cranberry sauce will thicken as it cools.
