Body Burden


When you take in more toxins than your body can eliminate, 
your health becomes undermined and you may feel tired and sluggish. 
That's when you should start a detoxing program. 
It costs little, and will improve your appearance, 
increase your vitality and boost your mood. 



Doing no more than drinking at least 3 pints of water a day, 
eating more fruits and veggies and exercising on a regular basis will flush out toxins.
