Gigi's Special Salad

It takes only 10 minutes!



Ingredients:

* 1 large pears
*mixed greens 
*mint leaves
*cooked and sliced beets
*olive oil
*white wine
*white vinegar
*yellow mustard
*goat cheese
*dried cranberries
*shredded almonds
*Sprouts


Preparation:

1)Slice the pear vertically in large pieces.

2) Mix the beets, mint leaves, dried cranberries and the greens. 
Arrange this salad in the centers of the pear pieces.

3) On a separate bowl, blend the olive oil, wine, mustard and vinegar. 
(Add a bit of salt and garlic powder if you wish)

4) Spoon the mixed dressing all over the fruit. 

5) Finish the top with goat cheese (in small pieces), the sprouts and the almonds.
